What the program is

UbeCore Alerts is a notification service operated by Karl De Leon (UbeCore). It sends text messages to UbeCore's clients about activity on their own business, for example a summary of a new inquiry submitted through their website contact form or received in their business email inbox.

Who receives messages and how you opt in

Messages are sent only to clients who opt in. To sign up, a client texts the keyword ALERTS to (888) 725-9038 during service setup and receives a confirmation message right away. See how to sign up for the full opt-in flow. We never send marketing messages, and we never text people who did not ask to receive alerts. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your business activity, typically a few messages per day or fewer.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply ALERTS or START to resume alerts after stopping.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
