UbeCore is an independent IT services practice operated by Karl De Leon. This policy explains what information UbeCore handles when providing services to clients and how it is protected.

Information we collect

• Client contact details, such as name, email address and mobile number, provided when you engage UbeCore's services.
• SMS alert preferences, including the mobile number you asked us to send alerts to and the record of your consent.
• Service data needed to run services for your business, such as messages submitted through your website contact form, which are delivered to you.

How we use it

Information is used only to provide and support the services you requested: hosting your website and email, delivering contact form submissions, and sending the alerts you asked for.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the service (for example, the SMS provider that transmits text messages), or when required by law.

Security and retention

Services run on infrastructure managed by UbeCore with access limited to Karl De Leon. Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, and removed when a client ends service or asks for it to be deleted.
